Been somewhere worth telling the truth about? Give it your honest verdict — the best ones go live on the PONTUS Globe.
PONTUS runs on one rule: we only write about places we've actually been — with our own photographs, in our own honest voice. If you've stood somewhere and have something true to say about it, we want your verdict on the map.
Every submission is read by a human and — if it clears the bar below — published under your name, with the PONTUS badge. This isn't a comment box. It's a review with a byline.
What your review needs.
- 01You've actually been there. First-person, from your own trip — not research, not a bot.
- 02500 words or more, honestly written. Name what's overrated. Say where not to go. Real detail beats polish. The counter in the form keeps you honest — hedging is the opposite of useful.
- 03Your own photos, from the trip, with the EXIF intact. It's how we prove a place is real — no stock, no AI.EXIF is the hidden data (camera, date, GPS) inside an original photo file. Screenshots, AirDrops and re-downloads strip it. To keep it: upload the original files to Dropbox or Google Drive and paste a share link below.
Your Verdict.
Got it. We'll read it properly.
Your review landed in our inbox. A human reads every one and replies within a week — and if it clears the bar, it goes on the Globe under your name.
If you'd review more than one place, don't do it one form at a time — put your name on the masthead.
